Mechanical Commissioning Engineer – Sweden

They specialise in providing Turnkey Data Centre Solutions, providing services from Design, through to Construction across the full range of Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Services as well as Commissioning.

They are currently Constructing Multiple Turnkey Data Centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.

We are pleased to announce that our client is currently seeking a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to join their expanding team in Sandviken, Sweden.

Requirements

  • Hands on Commissioning
  • Quality management for on-site service and commissioning projects
  • Review and execute Mechanical Commissioning protocols such as fault-finding and diagnostics
  • Ensure that all the Project Deadlines are achieved
  • Ensure that all commissioning requirements are carried out, all the while adhering to the health and safety standards
  • Ensure HVAC and Mechanical services are operating as per Design Criteria
  • Witnessing of all vendor Commissioning activities against approved project documentation
  • Track receipt of, review and compliance of project Commissioning documentation to achieve the necessary Commissioning level sign off
  • Conducting Commissioning Tagging process and procedures.
  • Conducting of all day to day on site Commissioning Operations

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Relevant certificates in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or a Mechanical Trade with relevant training and experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience performing in a similar role
  • Construction experience / understanding required with safety experience.
  • Solves problems analytically and acts decisively
  • Process driven candidate and focus on EHS and Quality Work Management Systems and Processes is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain good customer relationships with other contractors whilst working on sites
